Expert Consultant Java / Cloud / AI/KI

We are currently looking for 5 consultants (m/f/d) with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the modern Java stack with Cloud/DevOps or AI/ML knowledge.
We provide cross-industry support to our clients and encounter new technologies, approaches, and, most importantly, interesting people in practically every new
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will work independently on projects that often present new and complex challenges in terms of communication and technology.
- You will translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and write efficient and scalable code.
- You will analyze and identify technical obstacles for clients, develop solution strategies, and implement them together with internal teams to ensure the software functions for years to come.
- You will also review existing software, perform maintenance tasks, and implement improvements. You will develop improvement proposals and take the team on a journey into new technologies and methodologies.
- You enjoy exploring new technologies and closely monitoring industry developments, enabling you to recommend and coach the appropriate technology to clients.
PROFILE:
- A degree in IT or natural sciences is advantageous. Other fields of study are also interesting, so we should definitely have a conversation.
- You have 5 years of professional experience with Java and strong communication skills.
- You have solid knowledge of the entire software lifecycle, including delivery pipelines. CI/CD is familiar to you, and you adapt these tools to meet the requirements of our clients, who may come from the aerospace industry, among others.
- RESTful design, microservices, containers, Lambda, Aurora, and cloud/DevOps landscapes based on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are enticing to you.
- Expertise in the DevOps environment (AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform) is a plus.
- Very good German skills (min. C1) and proficient English skills (B2).
